The Railways has decided to increase the frequency of Devlali-Muzaffarpur Bi-weekly Kisan Rail as tri-weekly with effect from September 08 onwards, thanks to overwhelming demand., according to a report from the Central Railway.
It will also increase the frequency of link Kisan Rail from bi-weekly to tri-weekly between Sangola and Manmad which will be attached and detached to Devlali-Muzaffarpur Kisan Rail at Manmad.
- Devlali-Muzaffarpur-Devlali Kisan Rail (Tri-weekly)
Train No. 00107 Kisan Rail will depart Devlali at 18 hrs as every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from Sept.8 to 25 and reach Muzaffarpur at 4.45 hrs on third day.
Train No. 00108 Kisan Rail will depart Muzaffarpur at 8 hrs on every Thursday, Saturday and Monday from September 10 to 27 and will arrive Manmad at 13 hrs on next day.
It will halt at Nashik Road, Manmad, Jalgaon, Bhusaval, Burhanpur, Khandwa, Harda, Itarsi, Pipariya, Gadarwara, Narsinghpur, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chheoki, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jn, Buxar and Danapur. This train will have 5 parcel vans from Devlali.
- Sangola-Manmad-Daund Link Kisan Rail (Tri-weekly)
Train No. 00109 link Kisan Rail will depart Sangola at 8 hrs on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from September 8 to 25 and reach Manmad at 18.30 hrs same day.
Train No. 00110 link Kisan Rail will depart Manmad at 14.00 hrs on every Friday, Sunday and Tuesday from September 11 to 28 and arrive Daund at 18.15 hrs same day.
It will halt at Pandharpur, Kurduwadi, Daund, Belvandi, Ahmednagar, Belapur, Kopergaon and Ahmednagar.
The loading of Kisan Rail was 90.92 tonnes, 99.91 tonnes on September 14, 235.44 tonnes on September 21. With increase in frequency, trend of increase in loading is also expected to increase the report added.
